My room was upgraded (a pleasant surprise). The breakfast had a good selection of items. The staff spoke English well and they were friendly. Many restaurants are located very close to the hotel.
The sound proofing was not great. I could easily hear people talking in other rooms. I also found that the housekeeping team banged on doors constantly during the day (it was disruptive).
