The hotel location is convenient, about twenty minutes by foot to cevahir mall and some local restaurants. i found everything clean . That really made a difference. They resolved it quickly.
The bar service was inconsistent. Sometimes it took a while to get someone's attention, even when it wasn't busy!

the deluxe twin room had two comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom with a good shower, ensuring i had a restful stay after long days; housekeeping kept everything tidy.

the hotel has a gym that is adequately equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights; this allowed me to maintain my fitness routine during my travels.

breakfast included a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit to pastries and local cheeses; i particularly liked the turkish coffee, which was a great way to start the day.

My room was upgraded (a pleasant surprise). The breakfast had a good selection of items. The staff spoke English well and they were friendly. Many restaurants are located very close to the hotel.
The sound proofing was not great. I could easily hear people talking in other rooms. I also found that the housekeeping team banged on doors constantly during the day (it was disruptive).
