surprisingly good stay
convenient location clean environment helpful staff
The hotel location is convenient, about twenty minutes by foot to cevahir mall and some local restaurants. i found everything clean . That really made a difference. They resolved it quickly.
The bar service was inconsistent. Sometimes it took a while to get someone's attention, even when it wasn't busy!

The beautiful twin room had two comfortable beds and a well kept bathroom with a good shower. Housekeeping kept everything tidy.

The hotel has a gym that is adequately equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. This allowed me to maintain my fitness routine during my travels.

Breakfast included a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit to pastries and local cheeses. I liked the turkish coffee, a great way to start the day.

The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations for local attractions. I really appreciated their help when navigating the city.

My room was upgraded (a pleasant surprise). The breakfast had a good selection of items. The staff spoke English well and they were friendly. Many restaurants are located very close to the hotel.
The sound proofing was not great. I could easily hear people talking in other rooms. I also found that the housekeeping team banged on doors constantly during the day (it was disruptive).
